Luke Allan is a gay Liberal Democrat activist, equality campaigner, former local party branch Chair, and City Centre Campaigner and Council Group Treasurer with Manchester Lib Dems. He has been an active member of the Liberal Democrats since he joined in 2020 and has held various roles within local parties and nationally in his role as an Executive Member of LGBT+ Lib Dems since January 2022.
