Andy Hinton

Secretary: Andy Hinton

Andy is a bisexual man living in Wandsworth in south London. He was born in Leeds, and grew up mostly in Shrewsbury. He works in theatre sound, so is accustomed to the idea that he is doing a good job if most people don't know he's there at all.

He joined the Liberal Democrats under Charles Kennedy, on the basis of a belief that sitting waiting for politics to engage with you never got anybody anywhere, and having concluded on an assessment of the main parties that it was the closest one to him. He's not yet shifted in either of those beliefs, so the Lib Dems are stuck with him for the time being.
